MCP Health is a new division of our private family owned business established to address the shortfall in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for front-line medical workers stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic. A dedicated team with expertise in fabric and textile fabrication, we rapidly invested in new customized machinery and are committed to manufacture locally in Queensland to ensure the future continuity of supply of PPE and to safeguard local jobs.
With over 30 years of manufacturing in Australia and a long association with the health sector from our specified hospital tracks systems, our team was able to rapidly transition into PPE with our initial product line of Surgical Masks – Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Operating from our main 4,500 square metre manufacturing facility in Berrinba, Queensland, a key differentiation to other manufacturers attempting to transition has been the deep expertise and technical skills of our team across all facets of fabric and soft materials gained from our core fabrication of sun protection and window furnishing products. As a family owned and operated Australian business, our team is proud to be supplying Queensland Health and will actively expand to be an Australian supplier of choice to private hospitals and State Health Departments.
Aside from MCP Health, the wider group of companies has a national footprint with divisions in manufacturing, import and warehousing. Established brands include Smart Home Products – a major supplier to Bunnings with over 700 ranged products and Windoware – a leading manufacturer of blinds, awnings and hospital tracks systems.
MCP Health is proud to be involved in strengthening the local manufacturing capability of critical products in Australia.
